Dedica is an agency of record for some of the world’s leading and most renowned brands/fortune 500 companies in the hotel, food and beverage, entertainment, luxury goods and services, healthcare, and financial services industry.

Najah currently runs all of the agency’s daily operational activities. She has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, developing strategic business and marketing plans to increase profitability through market and consumer research and analysis, and developing successful brand communication strategies, multicultural campaigns, brand experiential activations, online/digital and in-outlet promotions and marketing materials for local, regional and national activation.

Additionally, her diverse professional background includes over 10 years in Finance and Management working with companies such as E*Trade and Boston Financial. She has solidified her role as a true leader by providing actionable results to date and in 2016, Najah was honored by The Network Journal at the 19th Annual 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards Dinner themed “Reaching Higher Goals” as one of the top African American Women under the age of 40 in Leadership.

Najah truly believes and lives by the saying “we rise by lifting others” therefore when Najah met Sky while they were both participating as panelist at a community event they instantly bonded. It wasn’t long after they connected that she realized they not only shared a passion for uplifting the community, but that their lives had some strong similarities. Najah too witnessed her Mom’s ongoing battle with depression for many years and she was eventually diagnosed as a Manic Depressive. When Sky shared her vision with Najah she was immediately on board. Najah’s Mom unexpectantly passed away in 2014 and ULF also serves as a way for her to honor her Mom Josephine’s legacy.

Najah currently serves as a board member and Program Director for ULF. She is also a proud Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
